LoDo (Lower Downtown)

Lower Downtown covers 23 blocks of Denver's original 1858 settlement where the South Platte River meets Cherry Creek. Denver City Council created the Lower Downtown Historic District in 1988, Wynkoop Street was once known as Warehouse Row, and Coors Field opened on the district's edge in 1995.
